The Guimet Museum has acquired a six-panel vertical painting mounted as a folding screen, representing the chaekgeori -paintings of books and objects-, a tradition of the late Joseon Dynasty.

Reservations for shows and paid admission slots (temporary exhibitions and permanent collections) are available at the following address:

FNAC Ticket Office

For cultural activities, tickets can be purchased on-site at the museum ticket office before the workshop date or on the day of the event, subject to availability.

 

For free events, admission is guaranteed at the ticket office on the day of the event.

 

Visitors under 26 can go directly to the ticket office without a reservation to access the permanent collections and the “K-Beauty” exhibition for free.

The Villa Guimet, an international centre for research on Asian arts

By 2030, the Hôtel d'Heidelbach, an annex of the Guimet Museum located at 19 Avenue d'Iéna in Paris, will undergo a major transformation to house the Villa Guimet, a world-class research centre dedicated to Asian arts.
