For visitors with reduced mobility, the access to the principal site is by a ramp, located to the left of the stairs on the Place d’Iéna. For your comfort, it is preferable to be accompanied to take it.
Access to the inside of the building is by the first door after the ramp.
An elevator and lifts serve the different levels of the museum rooms.
Two wheelchairs are available at the museum reception on deposit of an identity document. It is not possible to reserve the wheelchairs.
The Hôtel d’Heidelbach and the Musée d’Ennery are not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.
For equipped hard-of-hearing visitors: the reception, cash registers, boutique and auditorium are fitted with a magnetic loop.
