The museum is open every day (except Tuesday) from 10:00 to 18:00
The ticket desk closes at 17:30.

24 and 31 December : the museum will close at 5 pm.

The Museum’s galleries are accessible to all; wheelchair lifts are provided at the museum’s entrance.

Getting to the museum

Metro: stations Iéna (closest) / Trocadéro / Boissière

Bus: numbers 63, 82, 32, 22 and 30

Underground parking is available on Avenue Kléber and Avenue George V (near the place de l’Alma).

Taxis: there is a taxi stand on Avenue d’Iéna in front of the museum.

Audioguide

A 90-minute audioguide which will introduce you to a selection of the museum’s masterpieces is available at the entrance to the museum. The audioguide is free upon presentation of your ticket. The commentary lasts approximately 90 minutes and is available in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese et Japanese.
